I have been using Bare Minerals for 2 months now, and I absolutely can’t step out the door without it on. I was never very good at makeup and I usually only wore mascara and lip gloss. This stuff is so great because it still looks like your skin, just more even-toned and glowy. You also don’t have to worry about having a line of demarcation between your face and your neck. It only takes me about 5 minutes to apply in the morning, and you get so much product in just this one kit. The only thing I have used about 1/3 of is the mineral veil. The rest of the little jars look barely used. I hated the skin rever upper in the beginning because it smells like unsmoked cigarettes and has a faint yellow tinge, but then it started to peel my skin off and leave it more clear and soft, so I just wear it at night under my night cream. The brushes are pretty nice, too, a little scratchy, but they’re high quality brushes that do their job and I’ve lost very few hairs from them. I also bought the primer and a concealer to supplement. The only reason I think some people hate this is because they try to wear too much, but believe me, less is more. You really can’t feel it on your skin and you won’t look shiny.
